1uz timing, UH OH!

ive replaced a timing belt before on a 1uz, but this one...a head ache.

I got everything off but the belt it self.
I belive the belt jumped a tooth or a few when removing so the cam gears dont line up.
Question: If i get the main crank pully set to "0",take off the belt can i just spin the cam gears by hand to line up correctly then install the belt?

If its pre late 94 you can do it with no fear as they are a non interference engine(valves and pistons will not touch) after late 94 they became an interference motor so turn slow and feel for any interference as you are aligning the timing marks,But yes you can do what you are asking
