FNG Checking In....

Just saying hi. Just happened across the forum when looking for 1uzfe info. Specifically an adapter plate to a G50 transaxle. I saw some chit chat about doing exactly that.

I currently own a 93 MR2 Turbo with about 275rwhp and happened across a video of a guy in Norway that installed a 1uzfe into a mk 1 MR2 transversly. I was so taken by the sound of this engine that I have decided to eventually build a street version of the MC8-R GT car. In the meantime I'll be building a track car, mk 2 MR2 Turbo using a Gen 3 JDM clip swap. I'll save the leftovers from the clip to exstend the rear of another MR2 down the road. Looks like the G50 will be the most expensive part of the build.

For those who dont know this is the MC8-R GT,

It had a twin turbo 1uz in it, but it didnt do to good in racing lots of DNFs and last places.

anyhow i would love to see a clone made for street use. Ive had this idea in the back of my head for a wile. maybe in the future. who knows. but if you make one ill follow the build thread. oh and welcome to the forum.
