Wires not on drawings

Hi All.
I have a 34/22/16/28 pin ecu no 89661-50160, I have found all the wires shown on the wiring diagram but have 4 not listed, these are on the 28 pin plug (E12) colours are
pin 4 blue/white
pin 6 blue/green
pin 7 purple/red
pin 8 green/white

UK soeck 1994 LS400.

The diagram I have for 1994 LS400 says:
Pin 4. = Blue/white...PWR (Power mode on ECT switch)
Pin 6. = Blue/yellow...OD2 (O/D switch)
Pin 7. = Violet/red....OD1 (Cruise control system)
Pin 8. = Green/white....A/D (Cruise control system)
