Best way to run wires from battery to the cabin?

I need to run wires directly from the battery to the passenger side in my 94 LS400. I need that for the 120AC converter to run my laptop. I'm planning to mount it on the passenger side footwell panel, but I have no idea how to get the wires into the cabin. Of course I will use a fuse as well, I just need to snake the wires into the cabin.
