whats his sensor

wondering what this sensor is im pretty sure i dont need it but its bugging me.

That's the one for the coolant temperature gauge on the dashboard.

The one you've already connected to is the coolant temperature sensor for the EMS, and the big one is a thermostatic switch that controls the cold start injector.

cheers i knew about the dash gauge one up top in the pic but yeah knew the green one was for the ecu so i guess ill pull the brown one out.


and this might be a stupid question but can i put a 45 bend in he 02 sensor bung as i am short of room for it to fit at the mo.

Are you asking if you can use a 45 degree weld on bung, ie mount the sensor at a 45 degree angle in the exhaust pipe?

The sensor has to be immersed in the gas flow.

Best solution s to plug the 02 hole and weld on a new bung in a location that allows room for the sensor's tail.
