What size are the Brakes/calipers on the 1991 LS400 are they the 4 pot ones ?

They are very small... I dont remember but a 1995 LS400 would be a nice upgrade.

91 has 2 pots, like the SC400. they are the same calipers, wich are the same as a MK4 supra NON TURBO.

2 piston Lexus calipers work amost as good as the 4 piston brake calipers when using OEM pads and Drilled and Slotted rotors....Atleast they did on my SC400.... You may want to save some money and just buy some drilled and slotted rotors and new pads...Much better braking power over the stock flat rotors and cheap brake squeeking Pepboys pads......

good pads (HAWK or Green/Red Stuff)

good rotors (brembos slotted/drilled are cheap on ebay)

Braided lines and new Dot4 or 5 oil in the system.

you won't beleive you still have the stock calipers.
