No, but i have a machine shop can increase your Tundra Crank from 3.31" to 3.50". This would bring your 4.7 to 4933.46 cc or 5.0 Liter.

No.... they must have the block and crank all together to do it. The price is about 1,200 USD. Its very pricy, but if you have money, then u r the only with larger stroke. However, u would need to change rods length too.
