Hey guys I had an Idea and was wondering if it would be worth the time money and effort. I was thinking about purchasing a stock 2uz tundra intake manifold and cutting the flanges and injector bosses off and then welding a type with 2 large parallel tubes merging into one at the front and putting the throttle body on there or welding a box type intake manifold similar to this without the ITB set up.

or similar to the boosted tundras tube manifold
what do you all think? worth it? If I were to do this what all would I need to do to make it work with the factory computer? Would it be worth making it into a sort of Hi-Rise intake similar to the dual quads of yester year with longer runners? And could I make it use 2 1uz throttle body's or would that not be worth the trouble?
