Hello,
I went to the local shop to get my tires rotated.. after waiting for 20 minutes.. the technician pulled my car in.. jack it up and started to removed the wheels. My car was lowered and i have not bring it to the shop to get wheel allignment, so the tech remove one of my wheel and there's some worn thread in the inside part of the tire. un-even worn.. The technician told me the he can not rotate my tires because of that.. so i ask him i still want the tires to get rotated.. he said he can not do it because it is the law. I have search the internet about the rules and laws about if your tire is worn out or bald that the tire company will not rotate it. The tire are not bald or worn out that it can not be driven. Does anyone know anything about this law? Anyone encounter this problem? Appreciate all the help i can get.
