Sort of a noob question. I'm considering putting in a thinner headgasket to increase compression. Where can I buy a thinner gasket? Anything else I should consider replacing to go with more compression? I plan on keeping it NA for sure and I want to make the most out of it.

Same can be gained with machining heads ..
MUST check piston to valve clearance and it does
alter the cam timing a little
Check multi layer steel [MLS] gasket is thinner ??
Cometic is a good brand as well..
Fit new head bolts as TTY cannot be re used...

It would be worthwhile to read the 1UZ workshop manual.
Lexus cylinder head bolts can be reused If the shank dia is above a minimum figure.
I forget what that figure is but I know that I have never seen a std 1UZ that was below minimum.

Machining the heads surfaces will increase compression. Then using stock height head gaskets will work. But increasing compression is taking risks if not calculating right. :D

Yes from memory 9.6 mm..
Seen too many TTY bolts fail though...
