How far back is a rear mount sump?
Or another way is how far forward from the bell housing does a rear mount sump start and finish?

ATM I think I have a mid mount (half cut is/was a crown royal saloon)

If I am correct that I have a mid mount then I want a rear mount sump and am willing to swap all the bits needed with anybody that has a rear mount and wants a mid mount.

I will measure and PM you tonight on the dimensions.

I have a rear mount I will use plus a damaged rear mount from a Soarer.

The damaged one is cracked and the pan section is pretty beaten up. If you can use it let me know and its yours (gratis). It doesn't come with a windage tray, oil pick up or oil level gauge but it may be a good start.

People chasing different sump arrangements may be well served posting a WTB on ALSC and similar.

Posing on Lextreme will only be chasing those guys allready in need of a sump. I can't see too many ALSC guys needing a spare rear mount.

Some pictures would be great. All the wreakers over here in NZ seem to have front sump motors. I think a rear sump will best suit my needs. A few measurements would also be great. Cheers
