I have had a search but could not find the info i wanted. I have 2 sets of injectors here, one set are blue top(1992 i think), the others are almost red(1990).
Are they the same flow rates?
Thanks in advance
Glen

Get the injector part numbers ( very small writing on side) and do a search.
I have done a search on the web, but it was a bit unclear, due to alot of injector comparison sites not claifing denso parts numbers, just going off colour, which they have a couple of different ratings for the same colour:shrug: .
I was told that the early injectors from a crown flow the least (23250-50010 Violets )210? and the later front sump motor i have (23250-50020 Dark blue) should be 250's.
But doing a search they quote the violets at either below 200 or 250's, and the dark blue's at 210approx?

I have the injector cleaning guy coming over in the morning and want to have the highest flowing set cleaned.
If i cannot find out for sure, i will ask him to flow both sets and clean the highest flowing, but it would be nice to find out for sure before hand.

They have slighly different looks at the outlet, are the spray patterns any different?
Thanks Glen

23250-50010 vs. 23250-50020

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hey Gang,

Thanks from one of our members from Australia sent me a set of 23250-50010 injector from the 1UZFE... However, they are from the Crown and the flow rate is 220 cc/min. The us spec 1uzfe is 251 cc/min (23250-50020) I didnt know they were from the crown until i opened up the box.

Here are the comparisons:
Crown:
part #: 23250-50010
Engine: Crown 1UZFE
Color: Purple
Connector: Type E
Impedance: high
Flow Rate: 220 cc/min
Inlet Length: .625"
Inlet Diameter: .410"
Outlet Length: .522"
Outlet Diameter: .365"

Lexus:
part #: 23250-50020
Engine: LS400 1UZFE
Color: Dark Green
Connector: Type E
Impedance: high
Flow Rate: 251 cc/min
Inlet Length: .625"
Inlet Diameter: .410"
Outlet Length: ..261"
Outlet Diameter: .365"

The best bet is to have them cleaned and flow tested.
I have had them vary from 203cc/min to 223cc/min for ls400 and crown injectors.
And 215cc/min to 248cc/min for LS400 and sc400 injectors.

I dont mean to hijack this thread but what price are guys paying to have there injectors cleaned in Australia? Ive been quoted $20 each. Ive just got me some 440 supra injectors. Look out dyno here I come..........
