Power Steering EXPLOSION!

Well, not really an explosion, but i figured that it would be a good bet to put something sweet in the title!

Has anybody had a steering rack die on them? my rack is either dead or a high pressure line has gone, either way, it discharges a full bottle of power steering fluid in about 30 seconds and it all pools under the steering rack... any ideas?!

That's definitely gotta be a split in a high pressure line.

Alot of Rack problem is the selenoid not opening. It will cause hoses and PS to go bad.

When i put the new fluid in, i've got beautiful power steering untill it's all on the road. I spent last night tinkering with it, but today it'll be given to a mechanic.

So it's not the rack, it's not the high pressure line or the return line, it's the other two little ones... anything else i should check for before replacing them?
