PLEASE HELP! Mods for SC400?

Whats up guys. I just got a 1994 SC400 and I would like to know what you all think what my starting power mods should be. For power and reliability what is the best Intake system? Exhaust setup? Torque converter? What else should I do that dosent cost a ton of money to make this SC faster? And where should I buy the parts? Thanks. -Grave
