Parking and license plate and side marker lights not functioning

has anyone else had a problem with their parking light int he rear and license plate light not working i have replaced the bulbs but still nothing?

well quickly i'dd say fuses but if everything isnt working that will probably be wirerring problems if your not very experienced in this department you might as well have it done by some one that is because its prety touchy but befor you should check your fuse box cheack if you light fuses are still good and if not well take it to some one that nows about wirering i had problems with my first car ( civic 98 ) when i swaped my d15 for a h23 vtech i messed up wirering it so be carefull
