No Fuel pulse runs on starting fluid

i have a 92 1uzfe in my 91 nissan 240sx

i am having a problem with my fuel the injectors have power on both sides of the pigtails and also my engine harness ground strap has 12 volts if i unbolt it from block

is there any thing that any of you have heard of that would make this happen

i sat down with the harness and pinned out the ecu multiple times and everything is going where it needs to be

any sugestions would be aprecited

Injectors should have power at both sides until they are switched by the ecu. The earth strap will also have 12 volts if it is the only one and disconnected from the block. You should have two earths at the back of the block so disconnecting one should not normally cause this to happen. This is basic electrical stuff.
