Hi guys i just thought i would let you know that i just bought an old sports sedan which used to have a chev in it but is destined for a far better engine plant. and you guessed it a turboed 1uz . it is so i can do testing on new plenums and turbo setups for my new cobra kit i am also developing. so I may aswell have some fun at the same time.
The car it self is a ra 40 celica so its a toyota which should have a toyota engine . i have all the gear for it motec trust intercooler getrag 6 speed though i am thinking about using the std auto fully manualised and a sequential shifter and a heavy duty converter.
Hope to have it running in the next 8 weeks .
