need help !

i moved to quebec in canada and here we kinda get strong winters so i got to buy my self a winter car and i dont want it to be stock so i found a deal from a guy i know a honda civic 93 si but he already had a swap on it for a small motor but beter then the original motor he swaped the d15 for a b18 (d15-honda civic original motor dohc 1.6L 120hp b18-acura integra motor dohc 1.6L 140hp)
and hes got a p-flow on it for winter but a cold air for summer (wich i wont use since my supra will be ready to ride by that time :veryhappy ) but any ways it has about 150hp with racing brakes , new computer monitor , sound system and thats prety much it i know it sounds really stupid for you guys since its a litle car but it for my winter car ! n e ways that would be cool if someone could help me out with that

Again, too vague. For starters you haven't listed the asking price so we can't tell you if it's a good buy.

Having said that i'm in Australia so I can't tell you if it's a good buy anyways. The way I compare values over here on cars is going to a big internet car sales website, and search for the type of model you're interested in. Compare the price with what the normal models are going for.
