I’m going to try and make this as short winded as possible.
1996SC 400 P0340 camshaft positioning sensor circuit bank one sensor one. Changed out crankshaft positioning sensor both camshaft sensors I still get this code right away it doesn’t even make it up the driveway before the check engine light comes on same code the only code. IIt has a new battery my question is I changed out the pigtail for the crank sensor camshaft sensors was off and 94 SC400 plug it in didn’t notice it but my buddy says wire colors don’t match up do I need to make sure that the colors from the main harness and the pigtail match up when I plug it in.green green red red ect..and does anyone know of a link where I can check both. And as a side note the car seems to run fine. It still hauls ass. I can’t get it through emissions with the light.
