Need help sourcing unique parts to import from Japan?

I'm looking to import a non standard front clip, something that someone is going to have to actually source and purchase, not something that gets pushed to them by whomever in Japan and they just receive it.

Does anyone have any information or contacts for a special request front clip that they can pass along? I'd like to deal directly with the person sourcing the parts, to avoid confusion with a middle man.
