Max speed of a92 SC 400?

Well the soarer must have a higher cut off. I took our old Soarer to 190ish km before reaching cut out.

i dont mean to be a jerk or any thing but just to let you know that 190 km/h is only like 118 mph

three weeks ago .i got all the way up to 149 mph, maybe 150 mph.i was racing a 2000 bmw 5 series. that thing was in it to win it as well. it was as fast as my car at top speed,i felt i was faster once i hit 135- 145 mph.(this was with five people in the car)

Is the govener set higher on the newer model SC's? I noticed that DJSOARER topped off at 150 in his 92', but RVO531 had his at 159...

BTW whats the conversion from MP/H to KM/H?

multiply miles by 1.61 for km

So i guess the top speed on any SC400 is 150mph...? Im talking stock, obviously.

I've done 140mph in my sc400 and got nervous and had to shut her down, may have gotten it to 150mph maybe..

I think the question should be, what's the fastest you have every been driving anything on the ground.... then I must say 185mph on my previously owned semi-drag bike....nuts:shocked:

I've done to about 153-155mph. I keep my pedal flat down until it hit he limiter. I think the fuel cut off on my 95sc4 is 155mph because I can't get past 155mph.

It seems the 92 SC400 can reach 155mph... That's pretty damn good for an older SC.. The question is who's 92 SC400 will still be rolling smoothe with out the shakes and wobbles at 155mph? Mine was pretty smoothe at 145mph a couple years back.. The fuel cuts off at 155mph too, that kinda sucks...

i got mine up to 130 and it started wandering a bit. thinking i could use some new bushings. anyone know which ones tend to wear out fastest?

The front LCA (lower control arm) bushings tend to wear out the fastest on these SC's..
