i got a set of 3rzfe ones and found out they were way too long for what i needed. now for sale $30 plus postage.
when you remove the flexplate theirs a 5mm spacer behind it. i removed this to get the spacing right on the ringear. so that 5mm plus the 2.5mm of the fexplate equals 7.5mm. my flywheel was only 9mm thick.
so the auto ones were ok for me to use.
