so im trying to send messages and i am not allowed to it says i have my opions blocked where the f can i find how to change that

When you're logged into the forum, click the "Quick Links" tab on the top menu, go to "Edit Options", then you should be able to find Private Messaging down in the messaging section and just enable it.
