The block will be somewhat stock and the crank is likely to be stock but I suspect thats where the stock bottom end finishes. These boys are spending big money to make lots of power. From what I know they need to be over 400hp to be at the front of the field. If they showed us the cost we could estimate the HP better.

From what I understand, internals are free, but 4ltr and 10:1 compression maximum.

yep bottom end are free. They rev these things well above what the stock rods and pistons will handle. 10000rpm is not uncommon.
