help my supra v8

Hi. I am from New Zealand and am currently building a mk3 supra up with 4ltr toyota v8. Am using tilton clutch and hydraulic thrust bearing, building own rollcage etc, everything going sweet, easier than expected, however, have serious lack of information on my engine. I am just about at installation of cumputer stage, want to make modifications to intake and once i have trialled it normally aspirated will be doing twin turbo conversion. I would really like to get my hands on a workshop manual for the 1uz, but seems absolutely impossible to get one out here. Is there anywhere that anyone knows of where i can obtain one? Any help would be muchly appreciated.
