Head Torque settings for MLS & ARP studs

Hi, Wondering who is using Metal layered steel (MLS) head gaskets with ARP head studs on a 1UZFE. I'd like to know what torque settings your using for torqueing the heads down?

1st... 20ft/lb
2nd...40ft/lb
3rd...55ft/lb
