Had to mess with the TPS & idle to get the car to run, Turbo setup!!

Hi guys, as you know i got my car runing 2 weeks ago, but i have not been out in it yet as it needs MOT, Q,s for you guys, it starts ok just about, but i put that down to me running a "turbo", i have had to mess around with the TPS abit, and i have had to turn the idle up abit, or it will not start or tick over, it idle,s at around 500 to 750, but when i put my foot down hard, i have a bit of a miss fire, would this be down to me messing with the TPS and idle ?? i have all so had to turn up the FPR to 60psi and with all this setup like this it idles ok, but if i put it all back to to the eay it should be the car will not start let alone idle ?

Im useing the std 1UZ ECU and the IS200 ECU, i think im only going to fix it by geting a stand alone ECU!!
