Electric Window Problem - '91 ls400

Sluggish Electric Windows - '91 ls400

From the driver's seat, I get a sluggish response when I operate the buttons for opening and closing the rear windows. I can lower but NOT raise the right rear window.

But...

If I reach back to the rear seat button for each window, they work very strong - not slow and sluggish.

What could be the cause?

Poor connections from the wires running from the front switch.

Ok, badly worded question...

What would be the solution? Has anyone else experience this?

Find the broken wire and/or bad connections and fix them. The stock wire should be big enough to not cause the voltage drop related slowness, as it didn't do it when the LS400 was new. Check the grounds around there as well.

Check the wiring in the driver door hinge area or Bad master window switch.
