ECU location

So now my car is running great, one thing still bothers me is that I cannot read codes out of my car. So off to more research, I found a lexus forum sight late last night, they have mentioned that if you cannot get codes out of your ECU then you ECU is getting ready to go.Take it out and send it out to a company in Tenn for about $99 to fix and reprogram. I course I hav read that my ECU is on the driver side under the dash area. So first thing this morning I was going to pull the ECU. I found 4 modules under there, Mirror module, alarm module, tele steering module and a cruise control module. Where is it? I pulled the carpet, tried to pull the glove box does any one have a pic of where it is???????

I have took everything apart to find the ECU, I have a pic of it from ebay and nothing looks like it.

in my car it's behind the glovebox on the passenger side, you have to remove the glovebox to get access to it.

I found it, not behind the glove box but under the passenger side floor, I thought that was something for the ac unit, thanks for all your help
