Does anyone know exactly where the stock ecu is located in a 1995 LS400 and how to get to it?

if it is under the glove box, how do you get the panel off so it can be accessed?

There are two panels you need to take out under the glove compartment. Use a screw driver and you also need a 10 mm socket to take out the panels.
