The 1UZFE EGR Delete Kit is available for sale here.
It has a slightly smaller gap than the other NGK normal copper plug recommended for the 1UZ, but that shouldn't cause any issues. The 2 ground electrodes "may" cause some idle instability as the spark has 2 choices where to go, which could affect the combustion, but other than that, it's the same reach & heat range as the stock plug from NGK, so it should work fine:

I recommended and used multiground plugs for years in lean burn industrial engines and for our applications, they worked better than single ground plugs. For a stock automotive, street driven stoich engine, there's probably no detectable advantage or disadvantage to them.
