Thanks Gents..... I dont feel aged yet........ However, I do feel like that i am out of shape..... I am in the border line of mildly over weight according to my BMI. LOL... i blame it to my wife......

You've got me there Erol, I thought it was Sam? I spent a weekend in Casablanca back in '93 and had a great time, Rick's or no Rick's. The place is an Arab version of Amsterdam, hehehe.
