sideshow well i understand what u saying about helping ppl but my situation is a little different, for 1 i'm living in Trinidad 2nd i have knowledge of alot of cars but this is my 1st encounter with this engine, i wired up sr,rb,63t an much more common engines but this is a lot different.
if i had the money to send the harness to u i would of do it, but i got the engine for small money an decided to take my time an build a project with a(box lancer) shell i had for a while, engine is already in the car, so i cant go back now i got internet after i got the engine, never send anything overseas so probably if u tell me how to an the cost in us i will see what i can do.
trust me i will appreciate it, thanks in advance.

Hey what was this about an intergrated a/t trans cooler lines??? I am trying to figure out what the two pipes are inbetween crank pulley and air con pulley on my supposed ls400 motor? one is big banjo bolt and the other is a flared pipe, about heater hose size... with oil in it that wasn't quite like engine oil...

hey i have a 1uz based on what i've learned from this site it's from a crown, but i've never seen one like it on the fourm don't know what car it came out of so i'll try to explian: Engine plugs covers has toyota on them an spark plugs are 1990
pledium has a big V8 sign
the exhaust manifold flange has 2 studs as all i've seen is 3 studs
don't have any hydrulic fan pump
there is a shock on the right side engine mount
mid sump with dipstick into cylinderhead
gas lines are at the left backside of engine
tranmission is yoke type an my brainbox has 3 main plugs 26,16,22 with a 8 pin lead sticking out from it. #30430 the box is square.
some how i think ineed to get a brain, loom an speed sensor thinny for the tranny!!??

u have a crown motor
they are the easiest to fit mechanically
but the hardest to wire up since they have 2 ecus
one enigne ecu and one for auto and they both talk to each other
the auto box loom should be on th eengine harness
unless its been cut off if its cut off then u need to find same engine harness and cut it off and match up colours or get similar plugs and check what each wire does and join the right ones together its not hard if u have the factory workshop manual

Ok sideshow i'm currently trying to get the engine running good, i'm using a wiring diagram i found on this site so far i'm getting power in the spark plug wires an also in the injectors but it's not running on it's own, iv'e hookup the cold start injector an that what it's running on, so i think the eight injectors are not pulsing, i was checking my neighbor 6m engine an realized that his car cannot run without the resistor but the plugs is firing an i'm not seeing any resistor on mines. I saw a four pin plug by between the a.f.m plug an the igniter's plugs can this be my problem? because the engine should work on the engine brain alone?
sorry id have to look at the engine loom to see what u have done
i dont use the diags of this site
i have my own much better to read and understand
make usre u have ignitors earthed
and make sure u run fuel pump from battery power only when testing
as ive said in my previous posts

and make it sound easy so your better of asking them since they say its only 7 wires to connect
or send me your harness and ill make it properly

i can do an sr and ca18 and rb loom with my eyes shut and hands behind my back
