My car keeps getting a code 48 stored. My research so far shows 48 to be a sub throttle position switch being bad, but that's apparently for cars equipped with traction control. Mine is not so equipped. I recently replaced the main TPS, and that's the only one I found! The other possible code 48 is for the air-injection vacuum solenoid valve being faulty, but the Alldata Online diagram shows a lot of plumbing my car does not have. I'm not 100% certain my car even has air injection, so I'm somewhat at a loss.
Any ideas folks?
