cant keep steady rpms and idle woes

if i rev up around 2k rpm the engine will die down to around idle rpms, hesitate, then rev back up.
it hesitates when accelerating, idle rpms jump up and down.
at higher rpms it seems fine

replaced with new: water pump and timing belt, spark plugs and wires, coils, iac, battery.

im thinking distributor is next to be replaced
i'm going to make a video of what its doing cause i dont think im explaining it very well
 
Check the MAF…. Disconnect it and start the car and see if it will idle fine.

Next to check the fuel pressure ~ 44 PSI
 
i was in a hurry when i made this
but it really seems like its getting too lean, too high air to fuel ratio
when i rotate the tps all the way clockwise it idles really high around 1100-1200 and the sputtering stops for the most part same as just unplugging it
when its about center to all the way counter clockwise it sputters really bad, struggles up hill even at 55mph

how do i check the fuel pressure?

oops had that backwards clockwise it idles really low almost dies
counter idles really high almost not noticeable with the lagging


i tried the maf thing, it seems to help but it still has the same problem, but barely noticeable
i seem to get really bad mileage with it uplugged too
it almost seems like one of the cylinders isnt firing too
