can ne one help me find the ***** wire?

im new to this fourum . and im having trouble finding the speed signal wire, primary ignition coil , a ground wire , and a "12v wire when ignition is on" wire (idk wats its called) on the ECU on my 94 ls400

im installing a defi speed meter

i luked there and idk wat all the abrivations mean on the ECU diagram if u could tell me wat abrivations mean that would help alot
