Can i use toyota ECU with 6 psi boost

I have a 1.3 l autorota on a richwood manifold giving 6to 7 psi boost with a standard ECU .it is running, but abit rough.can i fix this with ajustments on throttle body or will i have to splash out for an after market ecu to make it run better.any help would be great,cheers

Have a look at the thread on FMU's for M90's in here. I'm sure that 7psi is fine on the stock ECU, it might be lacking in fuel though.
You can beef up the fuel delivery with a rising rate regulator and maybe bigger pump (if needed) or spend big $ on new injectors and ECU

Let the engine get warm and drive it as the ECU should learn its way around the problem, unless there is way too little fuel.

The rising rate fuel pressure regulator would be handy.
