Wanted Bottom part of front sump

I stuffed up modifying my sump so I gotta start again, so I need the bottom part (steel part) of the sump.

The bottom part on the front sump maybe the same part as on the mid sump. Not sure thought, does any body else know? And does anybody have one for me?

Price one at the dealership.
Its probably the cheapest part of the whole setup.
Just make sure its a trade price.

How does somebody off the street get it for trade price though?

They will give you the trade price when you ring up.
They may not sell it to you without proof, but they will say it.

Also, I remember a place in NewZealand gets things for like half the price of Australia.
But I can't remember what forum I read it on.

Yes, LS400, but LEXUS will charge probably double what Toyota will.

So find out the part number for it, and call Toyota and quote the part number.

WHy not make your own?

Use some 6mm steel plate cut to the profile of the bottom of the mid sump. Then just create what you need to clear your suspension etc.

It sure will be cheaper.
