How the **** do you remove the lower cam belt pulley around the crank?

U mean the crank dampener? With a harmonic balancer tool, rented at auto stores.

No, I mean the toothed lower cam belt pulley behind the harmonic balancer.

you need to soak the timing gear in wd-40, let it soak over night, then give it a pull. if no go, then a 2 bolt harmonic balancer removal tool would work i think. mine slid out using bare hands and no wd-40. is yours rusted on?
