Boosted LS400 98" with automatic tranny?

Hello!

Me and my friend want to boost his Lexus LS400 98" 1UZFE VVTi with automaic transmison.
Is there some problem with a tranny and clutch etc...

It shouldn't be depending on how much you will be boosting. I think stock transmission is only good for about 450 rwhp. I am not sure if the later model is stronger or weaker.
