1uz vs f20c fuel economy *Boosted*

Looking for Educated opinions on the following..

Chassis 1997 240sx.. with original 2.4L motor the car weighs 2880 lbs Im debating wether to do an F20c (Honda S2000 Engine) or 1uz with Automatic. my guesstimate is a turbo f20c in that chassis would be around the same weight as a stock s14 with the original Iron block ka24de, while a 1uz + Single turbo setup about 2950 lbs-30XX lbs.

Now considering a bone stock s2000 weighs 2864 lbs and gets 18 city 25 highway. while a 1991 LS400 weighs 3760 and gets 18 city and 23 highway. wouldnt it be safe to assume that even with the efficiency increase that a turbocharger gives. wouldnt a 1uz powered car get at least equal MPG's than the same car powered by an f20c?

I full expect with the right tuning and cruising like a sane person, the Mileage will improve.
