Another strange thing on ebay. Pretty much the same concept as a centrifigal supercharger, except it looks like an actual turbo, with a pulley system adapted to it in place of the turbine. Also much cheaper than a supercharger head unit. what do you think, bull, or cheap hp?

I don't think it will spin fast enough to actually get you boost at high RPM's.

well, that would depend on the size of the pulleys, now wouldn't it.

Yeah, but still.. what speeds will the compressor be doing at 9PSI of boost? something like 40K rpm?

I'm to tired to calculate it all, it's 12PM now.. going to bed..

agreed. ventrifuagal superchargers are specifically designed to work at about 50K, but turbos are designed to run 150K. it looks like a foolish way to make somehting unique, that didnt quite work out.
