Here are few pictures of ARP Pro Series rod bolts vs. ARP L19 Rod bolts. The L19 is one of the strongest series ARP makes. The L19 is 7/16" and are for the Chevy rods. The Pro Series (longer and skinnier bolt) is for the stock 1UZFE rod. According to ARP, the L19 bolts are rated at 1,200-1,400 hp with H-Beam rod. Check out the pictures
