Another Lexus/Hilux engine swap.

First of all I would like to say hello to everyone on here as this is my first post !
I have a 1995 Hilux 2.4 diesel 4x4 and am hoping to swap in the engine from a 1992 LS400. I have bought the whole car as a donor vehicle so I should have no problem sourcing the loom/ecu/ignitors etc.
My question is should I just swap in the whole loom complete or is there any of it that I don't need and will me running the 5 speed manual gearbox give any bother to the electrics ?

Fed up with no power 80mph flat out and only 25 mpg. I am running 31-10.50-15 bf goodrich all terains so the gearing is not that far out. Looking forward to seeing some tyre shhmoke:laughing:

It is possible to Clip the Auto side out of the ECu without too much work and we remove the TRAC wiring and secondary TPS wiring at the same time. Cheers
