92 Lexus Sc400 No Spark??

Hey guys so here's the situation, tested for spark and I am getting one spark on each side which is the centre of the cap and rotor (plugs 7 and 8) so I took off the caps and saw they were pretty corroded/dusty so I replaced them both. The coil packs are obviously working because when I unplug them from the caps I get no spark at all. igniters are also good. My ecu is just laying on the floor does it need to be grounded to the chassis? I am stumped because I figured replacing the cap and rotors would solve the issue since I'm not getting spark on any of the contact points, just the point that has a constant connection. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks for your time

did u put rtors on right way
u can put them on 180 out if u break the locating lug off
as u screw them on

Yes I put them on exactly how they came off and I made sure of it.

im haing abit of issues understanding your post

u get spark on centre lead on cap
isnt that the coil lead then u go on and say plugs 7 and 8 ????
put spark tester on each coil lead
do u get one spark every few seconds
or do u get cosistent spark from each lead

u might have a broken cam pulley / bolt / somethig in that area / timing belt
i have seen it before

Earlier today, after reading His Thread, I taught I'm the only person not able to understand haha... I even read 3 times over and over..

I guess ,If sideshow don't get it, nobody here will..
