91' LS400, Need help identifying this sensor/switch

What is the baby blue sesnor/switch, I broke the vacuum fittings off by accident... Sewell doesn't seem to show this sensor. Is this the Engine temp sensor? Part #90925-05075, Does Autozone, Napa, or O'reilly's have this for cheaper or is it an OEM part?

Its not factory either, someone has added it.

It is factory. It's in all LS400s, pre VVT-i. As it was pointed out, it's a "bi-metal vacuum switching valve"... Or bvsv as toyota calls it. Parts houses (napa, etc.) call it a ported vacuum switch. After a little research i'm pretty sure it's connected to the fuel pulsation dampened. Anyways as I am going to delete egr, I am able to remove it all together.

Random, the JDM and Aussie models don't have it installed.
