5VZ Flywheel on 1UZ swap?

This was asked in another thread, but no direct answer was available.

Does anyone know if the 5VZ flywheel can be used on the 1UZ?

Is the teeth count the same, etc.?

What about the bolt patter to mount to the crank?

IIRC superrunner off here machines them to fit, so yes it can be done, but im not sure on what needs done exactly
