1uzfe hilux 2wd first start running rough

Hi guys im new here,

Got a 93 double cab 2wd,running full running gear out of my 91 soarer,engine was running mint when pulled out,have fitted whole thing myself but got a loom made as that sides abit beyond me,

Anyway started it up in weekend for first time,here is my issues.....

Running rough,running on 7 cylinders as far as i can tell.
Number 4 injector plug has no pulse when running.
Disconnecting the afm when running does nothing.

When fitting engine one of the 02 sensors got abit bent so would this maybe have stuffed it and computer be in limp mode?

Wired up alternator as described on here but battery light wont go out and it isnt charging.not sure if this will be related to running rough?

Any help would be great guys

Update


Tested more stuff this weekend,number 4 and number 6 injectors have no pulse to them,ecu fault? both the injector plugs have same colour wires,black wire and a black with orange trace,so im guessing they are a pair and are triggerd together from the ecu?

guess time to send ecu off to get checked
