1992 Lexus SC 400 what to look for?

Hey all I'm thinking about buying a 1992 Lexus SC 400, and I'm wondering if there are any common problems I should be looking for. The car has 150k miles on the clock and has been hit between the drivers door and rear quarter panel. I'm going up with a buddy who has done body work to look at it next week and assess the damage. The guy is asking $2500 for it, is this a good price? Assuming the body work needed is within my buddies capabilities I think I'll get it. Anyways all input and advice is appreciated. Thanks.
