uzs 131 or not for hilux

Hi I've installed the crown uzs131 motor into the lux around three years ago, i'm just getting some time now to finnish the project off. So i'm thinking of buying a complete front cut as the 1uz in the lux now is a cut loom motor, I've no ecu,afm etc. What front cut should i be looking for keeping in mind that i'll be running the standard 1uz ecu and the hilux is a manual 4wd solid front end. I'm a little confused about the ecus are the non uzs131 ecus that hard to bypass the auto ?

uzs131 is the easiest if you are running the manual but if you want to run a later motor it can be done prob best pming someone like sideshow on this board as this type of thing is his job and comes highly reccomended
